Load From One Side, Serve From the Other
Doors on both faces let the prep side load product while the service side pulls it, so the cabinet becomes a pass-through between kitchen zones instead of a bottleneck.
A down-duct airflow channel spreads cold air evenly from the top-mount system, which keeps the compressor away from floor-level dust and grease.

Installation & Utility Requirements
Requires a dedicated 115/60/1 circuit. Leave a few inches of clearance at the back and sides for condenser airflow, keep the unit level, and let it stand upright for several hours after delivery before switching it on.
Allow door swing clearance on both the front and rear faces.
