Atosa AEFF-50-1 16" Electric Floor Fryer with Built-In Filtration, 50 lb, 17 kW

The Atosa AEFF-50-1 is a 16-inch electric floor fryer with a 50 lb oil capacity tank, a built-in oil filtration system with pump, programmable electronic controls and 17 kW on 208V, 3-phase service.

Filtration Built Into the Fryer

The built-in filtration system and pump let staff filter oil right at the fryer instead of moving hot oil to a separate filter machine, which makes filtering faster and safer and extends oil life.

Fully programmable electronic controls keep cook times and temperatures consistent from shift to shift, and two baskets per tank let the cook run two loads at once.
