Overview
A countertop hot plate adds open burners wherever they are needed without the footprint of a full range. Heavy cast-iron grates support large stock pots and woks.
Each burner has its own manual valve and pilot.

Installation & Utility Requirements
Have a qualified technician connect the unit to the gas supply through the regulator and check pressures at start-up. Specify natural gas or propane when ordering. Install under a ventilation hood with clearance to combustible surfaces as shown on the spec sheet; use a restraining device with a flexible gas hose on mobile units.
