The Atmovac CYCLONE203D+CUT is a specialised variant of the CYCLONE203D+ that incorporates 1 or 2 cut-off sealing beams, enabling the machine to not only vacuum-seal bags but also cut the sealed bag from continuous roll stock or trim excess bag material in a single cycle. Cut-off sealing is used in high-throughput production environments where operators work from bag rolls rather than pre-cut bags — the machine pulls bag material from the roll, evacuates the chamber, seals the bag, and cuts it to length in one automated step. This significantly increases packaging speed, reduces material waste from over-sized bags, and enables packaging at any custom length without manual cutting. The combination of ACS control and cut-off sealing makes the CYCLONE203D+CUT a highly capable production-line vacuum packaging solution.
