American Range Majestic ME-1 Single Deck Electric Convection Oven, Bakery Depth, 12 kW

The American Range Majestic ME-1 is a single-deck, full-size electric convection oven with a bakery-depth cavity. It is rated at 12 kW and holds five chrome racks on a 12-position rack guide. It is built in the USA and operates on 208V or 240V, 1-phase or 3-phase service.

Convection Baking & Roasting

A 1/2 HP two-speed blower circulates heated air through the porcelainized oven cavity: low speed for delicate baked goods and high speed for roasting and browning. The thermostat adjusts from 200°F to 500°F, and a cool-down switch brings the cavity temperature down quickly between products.

Each rack takes a full 18" x 26" sheet pan placed side to side, or two 12" x 20" hotel pans. The 50/50 dependent doors swing 135° for easy one-handed loading and come with glass windows (GG) as standard or solid stainless doors (SS) as an option.

Installation & Utility Requirements

Hard-wire each deck to a 208V or 240V circuit: 50 A on single-phase or 30 A on three-phase service, 60 Hz. Specify voltage and phase when ordering; a cord and plug are not included.

For use only on non-combustible floors, on legs or casters (or with a 2-inch overhang when curb mounted). Clearance from non-combustible walls is 0 inches; next to combustible walls keep more than 12 inches at the sides and 4 inches at the rear. Provide ventilation per NFPA 96 and local codes.
