American Range ARSP-18-2 Double Gas Stock Pot Stove, 180,000 BTU

The American Range ARSP-18-2 is a two-burner gas stock pot stove, 24" high, with two cast-iron 3-ring burners rated at 90,000 BTU/hr each (180,000 BTU/hr total). It runs on natural gas or liquid propane; select the gas type above.

3-Ring Burner Control

Dual control valves on each burner run the inner and middle rings on one valve and the outer ring on the other, so the cook can simmer gently or bring large pots to a boil quickly. Stainless steel pilots give instant ignition, and a full-width crumb tray slides out for cleaning.

Installation & Utility Requirements

Connect to the gas supply with the inlet size shown above. Manifold pressure is 5.0" W.C. on natural gas and 10.0" W.C. on propane (the countertop griddles use 4.0" W.C. on natural gas through the supplied regulator, which must be installed). Specify the gas type, and the altitude if above 2,000 feet; have a qualified technician make the connection and check pressures at start-up.

For use only on non-combustible floors and counters, on legs or casters (or with a 2-inch overhang when curb mounted). Clearance from non-combustible walls is 0 inches; next to combustible walls keep at least 12 inches at the sides and 4 inches at the rear. Install under a ventilation hood per NFPA 96 and local codes. If the unit sits on a stand with casters, use a flexible gas connector with a restraining device.
