The American Range ARSHP-24-4 is a 24-inch countertop hot plate with 4 two-piece, lift-off 32,000 BTU/hr open burners (128,000 BTU/hr total) under heavy-duty 12" x 12" cast-iron grates. It runs on natural gas or liquid propane; select the gas type above.
Heavy-Duty Open Burners
Each burner has its own manual valve and stainless steel pilot for instant ignition. The cast-iron grates lift out for cleaning, and a full-width stainless steel crumb tray slides out from the front.

Installation & Utility Requirements
Connect to the gas supply with the inlet size shown above. Manifold pressure is 5.0" W.C. on natural gas and 10.0" W.C. on propane (the countertop griddles use 4.0" W.C. on natural gas through the supplied regulator, which must be installed). Specify the gas type, and the altitude if above 2,000 feet; have a qualified technician make the connection and check pressures at start-up.
For use only on non-combustible floors and counters, on legs or casters (or with a 2-inch overhang when curb mounted). Clearance from non-combustible walls is 0 inches; next to combustible walls keep at least 12 inches at the sides and 4 inches at the rear. Install under a ventilation hood per NFPA 96 and local codes. If the unit sits on a stand with casters, use a flexible gas connector with a restraining device.
