The American Range ARMG-24 is a 24-inch countertop gas griddle with a 1-inch thick steel plate and a 21-inch cooking depth. 2 burners rated at 30,000 BTU/hr each (one every 12 inches, 60,000 BTU/hr total) are set with manual control valves. It runs on natural gas or liquid propane; select the gas type above.
Even Heat Across the Plate
A 30,000 BTU/hr burner under every 12 inches of plate gives each section its own heat source, so the griddle can run different temperatures side by side. The 1-inch steel plate stores heat for fast recovery when cold product goes down.
Manual valves give the cook direct, immediate control of flame height in each section, with standing pilots for instant ignition.
