The AFPI-10H is the 10-inch induction-ready aluminum fry pan in Winco's hybrid line. Its deep-drawn 3003 aluminum body carries a 6-1/4-inch stainless plate bonded to the base, so it works on induction as well as gas and electric without giving up aluminum's quick heat response. Natural finish for browning and searing; riveted handle with a stay-cool sleeve rated to 500°F.
