Yanco VE-712 Venice Melamine 12" Sheer Salad Bowl 68 oz, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve inches across and 4-1/4" deep for sixty-eight ounces — over two quarts in a salad bowl a server can still toss greens in. Doubling the capacity of the 10" sheer piece took just two more inches of diameter and half an inch of height, which is what the sheer wall buys: volume comes from the vertical, not the spread.

Use it for a buffet salad, a bowl of caprese, or pasta for a table of six. Twelve go in the carton in white melamine. It washes in a commercial machine, resists breakage, and stays light enough to lift full without two hands.
