Yanco ST-408 Stone Art Melamine 8-1/2" x 1-1/2" Salad Bowl 30 oz, Concrete Gray — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The ST-408 salad bowl runs 8-1/2 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches deep for 30 ounces.

It matches the ST-308 ounce for ounce but arrives there by width rather than depth — half an inch broader across, half an inch shallower — which is the difference between a salad presented flat and a salad presented piled. Choose this one when the greens are the picture: a nicoise, a wedge, a composed chopped salad. Matte melamine in concrete gray with Stone Art's mineral speckle, rated for the heat and the caustic of a commercial dishwasher, thirty-six salad bowls to the case.
