Yanco PT-221 Pine Tree Melamine 11-1/2" x 8" Oval Platter 3/4" Deep, White and Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A three quarter inch well turns the eleven and a half by eight inch outline into a shallow server rather than a flat one, and that is the whole point of the PT-221.

It holds a wet side, a portion of curry, or stewed greens that would slide straight off the plain PT-211. The step is gentle enough that a server can still plate out of it with tongs instead of a spoon. This oval platter comes twenty-four to a case, twice the count of the deeper PT-222. The well is shallow enough that the pieces still stack flat in storage.
