Yanco BL-608 Blue Star Chinaware 8-1/8" x 1-5/8" Salad Bowl 20 oz, Dark Blue — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A twenty-ounce bowl at eight and an eighth inches across, wide and comparatively open rather than deep and narrow. That geometry suits a composed salad, where leaves want room to lie rather than be packed down, and it works equally for a thick soup, where a broad surface cools the first spoonful. Yanco lists it for both jobs and the shape bears that out. It holds eight fewer ounces than the nine-inch bowl that follows it in the range; where that one goes out as a main course, this is the side. Two dozen per carton.
