Yanco OK-7015 Osaka Melamine 14-1/2" x 4-1/4" Sushi Plate, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Fourteen and a half inches long and just 4-1/4 wide: the long sushi plate in the Osaka series, built for a full boat of nigiri or a sashimi run presented end to end. The 3/4 inch wall is shallow by intent, since the food should sit on an open field rather than inside a well.

Twelve in a case. Length is the whole point of this format, and five inches over the 9-1/2 inch sushi plate changes it from a single order into a shared presentation. Check the pass-through width before specifying, because a 14-1/2 inch body does not turn in a narrow service window. Extra heavy weight white melamine, dishwasher safe.
