Yanco NB-513 Noble Black Chinaware 13-3/8" x 4-3/4" x 3/4" Rectangular Plate, Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Long and narrow — thirteen and three-eighths by four and three-quarters — this is the tasting-flight shape. Four or five small items run in a line down its length, which is why it turns up under skewers, canapes, a cheese progression or a dessert trio. The well is only three-quarters of an inch deep, matching the 515 as the shallowest of the rectangles, so it is meant for dry or lightly sauced items rather than anything that pools.
