Yanco NB-512 Noble Black Chinaware 12" x 6-5/8" x 1-1/2" Rectangular Plate, Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Twelve inches by six and five-eighths, with a wall an inch and a half high — deeper than every rectangle in the pattern bar one. This is the sushi and sashimi size, long enough for a two-roll presentation with ginger and wasabi parked at one end. Its proportions sit close to two to one, which photographs cleanly and reads as intentional on a dark table.

Two dozen in a case. Depth earns its keep here: at an inch and a half, a pooled ponzu stays on the plate instead of finding the cloth.
