Yanco MM-13 Miami Chinaware 11-3/4" x 8-3/4" Oval Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The MM-13 is the oval platter a kitchen uses when the 10-1/4" MM-12 has run out of room and the 14" MM-14 is more than the table needs.

Just under twelve inches long and 8-3/4" wide, it holds a whole bird portioned for two, a mixed grill, or a fish served on the bone with its garnish beside it rather than under it. The 1-1/8" rim is tall enough to contain a pan sauce. Twelve to the carton, bone white chinaware throughout, with the embossed Miami border carried around the oval rim.
