An inch wider and a little deeper than the MI-5002, the MI-5003 is the larger Misty sauce dish, holding 4 ounces in a 3-1/2 inch body. That is enough for a shared dipping sauce rather than a single pour.

It works as the condiment vessel for a table rather than for one cover: tartare beside a fish plate, a ramekin of dressing, olives at a bar. It carries the same 72-piece case as the MI-5002, which lets a kitchen stock both depths on one order line. The speckled charcoal finish keeps a pale sauce legible in a way a white interior does not.
