Yanco MI-407 Misty Melamine 7" x 1-1/4" Bowl 12 oz, Charcoal and Brown — Case of 48 (4 dz)

The MI-407 is the small salad bowl in Misty: 7 inches across, 1-1/4 inches deep and rated at 12 ounces. That is a side portion rather than a main, covering a dressed green salad beside an entree, a fruit course, or snacks at a bar.

The shallow wall means it eats more like a deep plate than a bowl, which is why it works under a knife and fork. It holds 6 ounces less than the 8 inch MI-408 and 13 ounces less than the 9 inch MI-409, the two wider members of the same run. Four dozen to a case keeps a salad station supplied through a long service.
