Three ounces in a 3-1/8 inch round, the LE-303 is the sauce dish of the Legna pattern — ramekin scale, for a dipping sauce, a condiment, a lemon wedge or a portioned butter.

A 1-1/2 inch wall is deep for that diameter, which counts when the dish rides on the rim of a plate and has to hold liquid at an angle. It is the smallest piece in the pattern and comes in the densest case at 48, so a station can keep a full backup set on hand without taking much shelf. Where a straight-edged alternative suits the plating better, the LE-405 holds 4 oz in a rectangle.
