The LE-110 is Legna’s standard 10-1/4 inch dinner plate, and the usual choice for a plated entree. A full inch of rise at the edge holds a sauce on the plate instead of letting it find the rim.

It shares its diameter exactly with the rimless LE-710, so the choice between the two is profile rather than capacity: the LE-110 carries a defined rim, the LE-710 runs as one continuous curve. The case drops to 12 rather than 24, which is what the extra diameter costs in packing density. A face this wide also gives the reactive glaze room to spread, which is where the radiating effect Yanco describes actually reads.
