Yanco IB-406 Iris Blue Chinaware 6" x 4-3/8" x 1-1/4" Rectangular Bowl 8 oz, Light Blue — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A 6 inch by 4-3/8 inch rectangular bowl on a 1-1/4 inch wall, holding 8 ounces. It is the larger of the two Iris Blue rectangles, with twice the capacity of the 5 inch and a quarter inch more depth to hold it.

Eight ounces is a side-dish portion rather than a condiment: a serving of slaw, a bowl of kimchi, a dressed salad for one, or a shared dish of nuts. The rectangle reads as deliberate next to the round pieces, and a pair set at an angle makes a composed starter without needing a board. Cased in thirty-sixes. The speckle sits a little denser in the corners where the glaze pools. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
