Yanco IB-109 Iris Blue Chinaware 9-1/4" x 7/8" Dinner Plate, Light Blue — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A 9-1/4 inch round at 7/8 of an inch deep, the entry size in the Iris Blue run of dinner plates. It takes a sandwich and a side, or a single-protein plate, without the empty acreage a 10-1/4 leaves around a smaller portion.

Kitchens running a lunch menu alongside dinner tend to stock this size and the 10-1/4 together and let the ticket decide. The 9-1/4 also stacks tighter in a dish dolly, which matters when a lunch rush turns over the same plates three times. Twenty-four to the case, two dozen, so a mid-size floor can be covered in one carton. Soft blue speckle, warm-toned rim band, dishwasher and microwave safe chinaware.
