Yanco DC-6114R Deli Melamine 14" x 9-1/2" x 2" Scallop Edged Display Tray, Red with Speckles — Case of 6

Fried food needs air and a wall. A 14 by 9-1/2 inch tray keeps wings, tenders or croquettes in a single layer rather than stewing in a pile, and the two inch surround holds the heap together while staff work from one corner inward.

Speckled red conceals the fine amber film that fryer oil leaves on a display piece between washes, which plain colours advertise. Its footprint drops neatly into a hot case or a counter well without bridging two shelves, and six to a case matches the turnover of one fry station.

Sold by the full case. Case of 6
