Yanco DC-6021R Deli Melamine 21" x 5-1/4" x 1" Scallop Edged Display Tray, Red with Speckles — Case of 12

On a catering buffet a 21 inch tray does the structural work, setting the line that everything else is arranged around. Speckled red reads as warmth across a long table, and at this length a single piece sets out a whole course with room at either end for tongs and a sign.

An inch of recess is deep enough to hold a dressing spill through service and shallow enough to let someone reach the far side without leaning in. Twelve to a case is the quantity that makes a travelling buffet kit practical rather than a counter replenishment order.

Sold by the full case. Case of 12
