A narrow rectangular tray that runs 13-1/2 inches end to end on a footprint just 5-1/4 inches across, shallow at one inch deep. Those proportions are built for the shelf of a refrigerated deli case, where depth is scarce and frontage is what sells: olives, marinated mushrooms, cured meats and sliced cheeses sit in a single readable row instead of a heap.
