Yanco DB-4112 Diamond Black Chinaware 12" x 6" Compartment Plate Matching With DB-4105, Dark Bronze — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A twelve by six inch compartment plate, seven-eighths of an inch deep, listed by Yanco as the match for the DB-4105 skillet. The division is the whole idea: one section carries the pan or a main element, the other holds bread, a dip or a side, and the two travel as one item the server sets down once.

The rectangular footprint sits squarely on a tray and lines up with its neighbours on a pass. Twelve to a carton. For room service and for set-menu lunches, a divided plate halves the number of pieces leaving the kitchen for each cover.
