Yanco CR-0002 Black & Red Melamine 4-1/8" x 2-1/2" Sauce Dish 3 oz, Black/Red — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A single-well rectangular sauce dish for three ounces of dipping sauce. At 4-1/8 inches long, the CR-0002 gives a diner room to dunk a tempura prawn or a spring roll end-on, and the straight sides lift cleanly away from the table.

Nothing hides in a corner during the wash, which counts for something when a station runs through sixty of these in a night. The dish is melamine, so it survives the bus tub and keeps its gloss through a commercial machine. Its colouring is shared with everything else in the Black & Red range, from the rice bowls through to the tea cups.
