Yanco CO-214 Coupe Pattern Melamine 14" x 10" Oval Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Fourteen by ten inches: the workhorse oval platter. It takes a whole roasted fish, a rack carved into chops, or an antipasto spread for a table of six, and it still passes through a standard service window without having to be turned.

The step up from the 12-inch oval buys two more inches end to end and an inch and a half across, which in practice is one more row of plated items down the long axis. Twelve to a case. On a buffet it drops neatly into a half-size chafer frame.
