Yanco CAT-5022 Catering Melamine 22" x 9" Platter, White — Case of 12

Twenty-two inches by nine: the longest of the twelve-per-case platters, and the one that bridges the gap between the narrow service platters and the full thirty-inch display ovals.

An inch and a half of rim is a sensible middle setting, enough to contain a dressing or a glaze, not so much that it hides a low-profile arrangement. The extra length over the nineteen-inch piece is useful for anything portioned into a repeating row, where an even count matters more than total area. Sized to sit comfortably on a standard six-foot table without overhang at either end.
