Yanco CAT-5017 Catering Melamine 16-1/2" x 7" Platter, White — Case of 12

Half an inch longer and half an inch narrower than its nearest sibling, this platter runs sixteen and a half by seven inches with a rim of just under an inch and a half.

The tighter width makes it the narrowest oval in the collection, useful where a table has to carry three rows of service across its depth instead of two. The rim is still deep enough to hold a glazed or sauced item without running. Caterers often alternate this size with the nineteen-inch piece along a line to break up the rhythm of a long display. No glaze to craze and no edge to chip.
