Yanco CAT-2030W Catering Melamine 30" x 12" Oval Platter, White — Case of 6

Thirty by twelve inches in plain white, the longest format this collection offers, with no colour to compete with whatever is laid on it.

Caterers use it for the full-length presentations a twenty-four-inch platter cannot quite carry: a whole poached fish, a bread and cheese run, a dessert line for a hundred guests. The inch-high rim contains crumbs and juices without walling the display in. Because it is melamine it comes in well under the weight of a ceramic platter at this length, which matters when a server has to lift it loaded and walk it across a function room.
