Yanco CAT-2030B Catering Melamine 30" x 12" Oval Platter, Black — Case of 6

At thirty inches, nothing in the Catering collection runs longer, and the black finish makes this the obvious choice for a dramatic single-line display: a whole side of smoked salmon, a run of sushi, a charcuterie spread laid end to end.

Twelve inches across gives two inches more working width than the twenty-four-inch ovals, enough for a second row of garnish along one edge. The rim is held to an inch so the food, not the platter, has the height. Check the floor plan before ordering, because a platter on this scale needs a clear run and will overhang a small round table.
