Yanco CAT-2024W Catering Melamine 24" x 10" Oval Platter, White — Case of 6

The white twenty-four-inch oval is the long-platter workhorse of this collection: length enough for a full row of carved meat, twenty-odd canapes or a line of pastries, and narrow enough at ten inches that two can sit side by side across a standard table.

The rim stands a single inch, so nothing is obscured when the platter is viewed down the line. White photographs well and gives kitchen staff a neutral base they do not have to plan colour around. Like the black version it is moulded in one piece, with no seam or glaze to chip at the edge where platters usually fail.
