Yanco CAT-2024G Catering Melamine 24" x 10" Oval Platter, Gold — Case of 6

Two feet long by ten inches across: a serving platter built for a buffet rail, where length is the resource and depth only gets in the way. A run of carved meat, a line of poached salmon fillets, four dozen canapes set out in rows.

The proportion is deliberately long and narrow so two or three can stand end to end down a table with no gap between them. Within the Catering ovals this is the narrowest for its length; the CAT-2016 and CAT-2020 are shorter and wider, and the CAT-2030 runs six inches longer at twelve across. Six to a case.
