Yanco AG-3107 Agate Chinaware 7-1/2" x 3-1/4" Noodle Bowl 30 oz, Beige — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A seven-and-a-half-inch noodle bowl, three and a quarter deep, which is narrower and deeper than the eight-inch Agate version and concentrates thirty ounces into a tighter column. For pho, udon, or a congee service, that shape keeps broth hot through a long sitting.

The smaller footprint also means more covers fit on a pass or a tray, which counts at a counter where orders go out two at a time. Two dozen to the case rather than one, reflecting how quickly this size turns over in a noodle house. Beige color glaze over chinaware, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
