Yanco AC-004 Abco Chinaware 4" Small Dish 4 oz, Bright White — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Four ounces is where a condiment dish stops serving one person and starts serving a table. The AC-004 runs a full 4 inches across at the same three-quarter-inch depth as its two smaller siblings, which gives it a wide open face rather than a well.

Kitchens use this size for a shared aioli, for marinated olives, for nuts at a bar, and as a loose lid or cover over a cup of the same diameter. Against the AC-003 the step up is modest in inches but substantial in volume, because capacity on a flat round climbs with the square of the radius. Chinaware in white, 72 to the case, dishwasher and microwave safe.
