Yanco WL-506 Woodland Melamine 6" x 2-1/4" Salad Bowl 18 oz, Wood-Grain — Case of 48 (4 dz)

The WL-506 is a six-inch salad bowl holding eighteen ounces, eight more than the five-inch WL-505, with a two-and-a-quarter-inch wall that keeps dressed leaves in place while they are tossed. It also works for a cereal service, a rice portion, or a dessert with sauce.

Round wood-look bowls are awkward to produce in real timber, because a shape like this has to be turned on a lathe and then sealed; the moulded melamine version gives the appearance and then goes in the dish machine. Four dozen to a case makes it an easy stock item for a breakfast operation.
