Ten and a quarter inches across, the WL-1110 is a working dinner plate: wide enough for a protein, starch and vegetable without the food touching the rim, and three-quarters of an inch below the eleven-inch WL-111 if table space is tight. The three-quarter-inch body gives it some heft on the pass.

Woodland's grain pattern turns an ordinary entree into something that looks served on a board, which is why the line shows up in gastropubs and casual Asian dining rooms. Unlike an actual wooden plank it is non-porous, so it goes straight into the dish machine after service. Two dozen to a case.
