EvolutionX Power Pack With a 12" Sealed Shaft

The EvolutionX power pack runs a 1.5 HP, 1,145-watt variable-speed motor that reaches up to 18,000 RPM. In place of a basic high/low switch, an electronic control panel with easy-touch buttons and an LED indicator lets the cook choose an exact speed from 1 to 9. That matters in practice: you can start a hot soup slowly to avoid splashing, then step up to full speed for a velvety finish, and every cook on the line gets repeatable results by using the same setting.

The 12" stainless steel shaft separates from the universal power pack, so the shaft can be cleaned in the dishwasher while the motor housing stays dry. The same power pack accepts every EvolutionX shaft and the whisk attachment, which lets a kitchen own one motor and several shaft lengths. Couplings are user-replaceable and the cord is serviceable, so routine wear does not have to send the whole blender out for repair. A dual-trigger handle, rubberized comfort grip and patented pivoting second handle keep the unit balanced in a deep pot, and the continuous ON feature allows hands-free running when the blender is mounted with the optional bowl clamp.
