The Waring WFP16SCD is a combination bowl cutter mixer and continuous-feed food processor that ships ready to dice. It pairs a 4-quart LiquiLock sealed batch bowl with a continuous-feed chute for volume slicing, shredding and dicing, all driven by a 2 HP commercial motor on 120V. A 3/8" (10 mm) dicing grid and slicing disc with punch tool are included.

LiquiLock Sealed Bowl Plus Dicing Continuous Feed

The LiquiLock Seal System seals the bowl, lid and S blade so you can process soups, sauces, dressings and other liquid-heavy recipes without leaks, splashes or spills. The clear polycarbonate bowl is high impact, virtually unbreakable and scratch resistant, and it is lighter than a metal bowl while still built for tough use.

When the job changes from mixing to volume cutting, swap the bowl for the continuous-feed hopper. Product feeds through the extra-large chute, is cut by the disc and is thrown out by the ejection slinger into your pan. With the included dicing grid, the WFP16SCD can turn out uniform 3/8" dice for salsas, soups and salads, a task that otherwise consumes hours of knife work. A heavy-duty die-cast housing and a 2 HP motor with thermal overload protection keep it running through full prep shifts.
