The Waring WFG250 Tostato Supremo is a large toasting grill with smooth 14.5" x 11" cast-iron plates. It gives sandwiches, quesadillas and wraps an even, golden finish with no grill lines, and its size lets a busy line press several orders at once on standard 120V power.

Smooth Cast-Iron Toasting Plates

Flat cast-iron plates make full contact with the bread for an even, golden crust with no grill lines, the finish many operators want for Cuban sandwiches, grilled cheese, croque monsieur, quesadillas and pressed wraps. Cast iron holds a large reserve of heat, so the plates recover quickly between loads and toast consistently from the first order of the rush to the last.

A smooth surface also suits items that would catch in ribs, such as flatbreads, tortillas and thin-sliced vegetables. The hinged, auto-balancing top plate settles level on product up to 3" thick, while a removable drip tray collects grease and crumbs and the brushed stainless steel body cleans up with a quick wipe.
