The Waring BB340S combines the Blade Series 99-second countdown timer and electronic touchpad with a 1 HP two-speed motor and a 48 oz stainless steel container. It is built for busy bars that want hands-free, repeatable blends in a durable jar, on standard 120V power.

Countdown Timer Blending for Consistent Pours

The 99-second countdown timer is the difference between a good frozen drink and a consistent one. A bartender sets the time, starts the blend and turns to the next ticket; the blender stops itself, so every margarita gets the same texture whether it is the first of the night or the hundredth.

Every Blade Series blender runs a 1 HP, 820 W commercial motor with two speeds and pulse, matched to a one-piece 48 oz jar with an industrial steel blade. Waring rates the series for 25 to 49 drinks per day and states it will blend three 16 oz margaritas in about 12 seconds, so a bartender can turn a round of frozen drinks without holding up the well. A removable rubberized jar pad dampens sound at the bar top and lifts off for quick wipe-down cleaning.

The 48 oz stainless steel container is the choice for high-traffic bars where jars get knocked around: it will not crack, chip or cloud, and it helps keep frozen drinks cold. Waring offers the same container separately as CAC138, so a second jar is easy to add for back-to-back rounds.
