The Serv-Ware GF72B-HC is the big one: a three glass door freezer merchandiser that turns a full wall of frozen goods into a display. Supermarkets, convenience stores and high-traffic grab-and-go operations use this size to show off ice cream, frozen entrees and ice in one long, well-lit run.
It holds 72 cu. ft. behind three self-closing Low-E double pane glass doors, with four vinyl coated wire shelves per door (12 in total). A bottom-mounted 1-1/4 HP compressor on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant keeps -10°F to 0°F, and the unit runs on 220–240V, 9 amps, with a NEMA L14-20 plug.

Before it arrives
- Power: plan for a 220–240V twist-lock receptacle to match the NEMA L14-20 plug; have an electrician install it before delivery. A dedicated circuit is good practice for refrigeration.
- Location: for indoor, climate-controlled spaces with good air circulation, away from ovens, fryers and other heat sources.
- Casters: the unit ships with wheels that are not yet installed, so fit them on arrival.
- Delivery: it is 81" wide and 81-1/2" tall and ships at about 835 lb; measure doorways and plan for a liftgate and several people.
