Two glass doors give you twice the facings, which matters when frozen meals, desserts and ice cream are a real part of your sales. The Dukers DSM-41F is a 47-inch double-door display freezer for markets, convenience stores, pizzerias selling take-and-bake and any shop that wants frozen product front and center.

Behind the glass you get 28 cubic feet held between -8°F and 0°F, with eight adjustable shelves. A bottom-mounted 3/4+ HP compressor on R290 natural refrigerant keeps up, and it runs on 110V with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Eight shelves of merchandising. Coated stainless steel shelves adjust and lift out, and resist peeling and rust.
• Lit like a store display. Interior and canopy LED lights with a switch keep products bright and visible across the room.
• Glass that stays clear. Anti-fog tempered glass doors help shoppers spot what they want without holding the door open.
• Lock up at night. Both doors lock, with matching chrome handles.
• Set it and leave it. Digital controls with LED display and automatic defrost.
• Rolls into place. Four swivel casters, two of them locking.

Before it arrives

• Power: a standard 110V NEMA 5-15 outlet; a dedicated circuit is best for a commercial freezer.
• Delivery: the cabinet is 80-1/4" tall and 29-1/4" deep and ships in a carton of about 49-1/4" x 30-1/8" x 82-5/8", so measure doorways and halls on the route in.
• Airflow: the compressor is at the bottom; keep the front and sides clear so it can breathe, especially in a warm store.
