The Atosa MGF8450GR is a 48" refrigerated chef base from the Atosa chef base line. It offers 7.7 cu. ft. of storage, a 35°F to 38°F operating range, R290 refrigerant, a 1/7 HP compressor and 115/60/1 electrical service at 2.3 A.

Overview

A chef base is a refrigerated drawer unit with a heavy-duty top designed to carry countertop cooking equipment. Proteins and prepped ingredients sit in the drawers right under the griddle or charbroiler, so the cook never has to leave the station.

The drawers accept standard food pans and run on heavy-duty slides, and the refrigeration system is built to cope with the heat from the equipment on top.
