The heavy-duty 3/4″ polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking across the surface, making it ideal for breakfast items, burgers, and high-output griddle applications.

Each 32,000 BTU open burner delivers strong, consistent heat for fast cooking, while the 27,000 BTU griddle and 27,000 BTU oven burners support reliable performance across all cooking zones. The oven offers a wide temperature range from 175°F to 550°F, making it suitable for baking, roasting, and finishing dishes.
