Winco SPJP-306 1/3 Size 23 Gauge Stainless Steel Steam Pan | 6" Deep

The Winco SPJP-306 Steam Pan is 1/3 Size and 6" deep, worked in 23 gauge stainless. Tall thirds take curry, stew and anything else wanting a long column of liquid.

The anti-jam form lets nested pans lift apart cleanly instead of locking together in a stack.

Steam-table pans are specified by fraction and by depth: the fraction decides which well a pan drops into, the depth decides how much it holds.
