Winco ASP-7 3mm Tapered Aluminum Sauce Pan | 7 qt

7 qt in 3mm tapered 3003 aluminum, 10-7/8" across and 5-1/2" deep. At this volume the conductivity of aluminum is the point, bringing a large batch up to temperature without a long preheat.

The ASP pans are formed from 3mm 3003-grade aluminum with gently tapered sides. The taper does two jobs: it lets a whisk reach the junction of wall and base, and it makes the pan easier to pour out. The riveted handle is pierced so the pan can hang from a rack.
