Winco Frying Pans: Every Line, Every Size

Winco makes more commercial fry pans than almost any other foodservice brand, and this collection carries all of them: six families of cookware in sizes from 7 to 14 inches, with natural, non-stick and induction-ready options in each. Aluminum: Gladiator and Majestic

The Gladiator series (AFP-xA) is heavy-gauge 3003 aluminum in a natural finish, with or without a silicone sleeve, and in Excalibur non-stick (AFP-xXC). The Majestic series (AFP-x) is the same 3.5 mm aluminum in mirror or satin finish, plus Quantum2 non-stick (AFP-xNS). Both are the lowest-cost way to stock a line.

Induction-ready aluminum: AFPI

The AFPI series bonds a stainless plate to a deep-drawn 3003 aluminum body, so the pan works on induction, gas and electric. Natural finish or Quantum2 non-stick, 8 to 12 inches, with a 500°F silicone sleeve.

Stainless steel: SSFP and Tri-Gen

The SSFP series is heavyweight stainless with a tri-ply bottom and welded handles; 12 and 14 inch sizes add a helper handle. Tri-Gen (TGFP) is full tri-ply, an aluminum core carried through the walls of an 18/8 stainless pan, in natural or Excalibur non-stick. Both are induction ready.

Carbon steel and stir fry

The CSFP French-style pans are polished carbon steel made in Spain, induction ready, for cooks who season their own pans. The ASFP stir fry pans are deep-walled 3003 aluminum for tossing.
